As a follow-up to “Team Gallo: Our Ideas Are So Good That You Can’t Tell the Truth,” the Beacon recently obtained further evidence of “Giacomo Vee’s” involvement with Team Gallo. On May 23, 2015, Councilman Efraim Spagnoletti stated, “Great night at the campaign headquarters for Team Gallo. Councilman Efraim Spagnoletti proud [emphasis added] to be standing with Giacomo Vee…”
“Giacomo Vee” is a Facebook account formerly used by Dennis Giacomo “Jack” Vilella. Vilella wrote controversial comments about police action under that alias. Some of his statements seemed to support the so-called “revolutionaries” (his word) in the recent Baltimore riots. He is on the far left in the photo.
Do Spagnoletti’s comments reflect the overall sentiment of Team Gallo? His team’s silence is deafening.
